Request access to a digital estate
If a NYLK client has passed away and you are their executor or administrator, we're sorry for your loss — and we'll make this as simple as we can.
Complete the form below and upload the supporting documents. A NYLK team member personally verifies every request — usually within one business day — before any access is released. Access, when granted, is read-only and time-limited, and NYLK never holds passwords or codes.
You will need
1The certified death certificate.
2Evidence of your authority — the will naming you executor, or letters of administration.
3Photo ID for yourself, and the client's details from their estate certificate if you have it.
